It is the responsibility of the Architectural Control Committee (ACC) to preserve
the character and appearance of Snowline while also serving the
interests of our members.
-
For general requirements, please see the ACC General Requirements.
-
Snowline ACC encourages members to obtain preliminary approval on new construction projects prior to submitting to Whatcom County for the building permit process. This will help prevent delays in your project by identifying areas where your project may not comply with Snowline governing documents or ACC requirements. Please refer to the Preliminary New Construction Review Form.
-
The Architectural Application, along with all required paperwork (see application for details), must be submitted before approval can be granted.
-
Final approval is contingent upon plans meeting the requirements of the Architectural Control Committee, Snowline Covenants, By-Laws, Rules & Regulations, and Whatcom County.
-
For projects that encroach upon Snowline property setbacks or buildings exceeding two stories, please complete the Variance Request Form. Kindly submit this form, along with your site plan and all relevant documentation, to the ACC at least 48 hours before the monthly meeting to allow adequate time for review by the Board of Directors.
