
Variance Request Terms and Conditions
Selective variances are permitted in accordance with Article C, Section 7 of the Snowline Covenants and require unanimous approval by the Board of Directors.

Variance requests must be submitted and approved prior to the commencement of any project; requests will not be considered retroactively.

All variance decisions are addressed during monthly board meetings, with outcomes communicated to the owner thereafter. Please note that approval of a selective variance does not constitute permission to initiate a project. Formal ACC project approval and required documentation is still required before work may begin.

Failure to provide a site plan and other supporting documentation requested by the ACC may result in delays to the variance vote.
