FOR owners who rent

For owners who rent:

  • Complete the Owner Contact, Member & Billing Information [Form #003] before your first rental occurrence, and submit a completed Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration before check-in. This form can be completed on the portal here

  • The Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration must be completed fully. ALL vehicle license plates must be provided for the community's safety and security. If you have already registered rentals in the portal without license plates, this can be updated or revised until checkout.

  • The portal does NOT allow backdating on Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration, so the form must be completed before guest checkout. We understand this is a new process, and it's easy to forget. Therefore, we offer a one-time exception: if an owner emails compliance@snowlinecc.com within 3 days of their booking departure, we will waive the fine on this occasion. This is in addition to the existing one-time waiver for failing to file Form 2.

  • Form #002 Rental & Guest Registration is not the renter’s responsibility. Even if you use a property management agency, the owners are ultimately accountable. The owner is responsible for paying a rental fee to Snowline. The current fee is $36.50 per occurrence.

  • Effective February 1, 2025, Form #002 is only available on the portal, as communicated previously.

  • Owners are responsible for any damages caused by their guests or fines incurred by their guests.

  • Tents, trailers, mobile homes or recreational vehicles shall not be stored on Snowline lots or common property and shall not be used as temporary or permanent housing.

  • We recommend the housekeeper or owner dispose of garbage and recyclables. If renters do it during their stay, ensure they know how to do it properly.

  • Provide sufficient directions to your cabin in print or by providing offline. Download the Snowline map with lot number and address cross-reference for use with your guests and contractors.

  • Make sure your renters have the Snowline Rules and Regulations and are familiar with expectations for the Snowline community.

  • Provide renters with clear instructions prior to their arrival, particularly with regard to:

    • Limited to no cell service.

    • Directions to Glacier, Snowline, and how to get to cabin once within Snowline.

    • Directions on how to get through the Snowline gate and how to open the cabin door.

    • How to retrieve gate fobs/cards, and/or get buzzed in from the gate intercom.

    • Please note: Snowline Resident Manager and employees are not available to assist with the following: opening the gate, finding or accessing a cabin.
