Owners who rent their property and owners who lend their property to non-paying guests, for overnight stays, must first complete a Rental & Guest Registration [Form #002] through the portal at https://portal.snowlinecc.com/. This form includes contact details for the paying renter or non-paying guest(s), emergency contact details and license plates of all associated vehicles.  If you have already registered rentals or guests in the portal without listing license plates, this can be revised until checkout.

 

The Form 2 Rental & Guest Registration is found under the CREATE FORM 2 tab on the portal and must be completed fully. ALL vehicle license plates must be provided for the community's safety and security.
