Dear Snowline Community Members,

Before February 1, 2025, members are required to register and familiarize themselves with the Snowline Member Portal. To access the portal, visit the Snowline Community Club's official website (www.snowlinecc.com) and either:

Click the MEMBER PORTAL LOGIN button on the HOME page.

OR

Use the link located under the MEMBERS tab.

The Snowline Member Portal is an online platform designed for property owners within the Snowline Community Club. Effective February 1, 2025, members are required to use the portal to:

Pay Dues and Fees: Members can log in to their portal accounts to pay rental registration fees,

violations from Form #008, and all other club-related charges using debit, credit card or PayPal. Starting

January 2026, members can also pay their annual dues.

Stay Informed: Members will receive all emails, announcements, updates, and information about

upcoming meetings and events within the community only through the portal.

Manage Personal Information: Members can update their contact details and manage their accounts

to ensure they receive timely communications. Future updates will enable members to manage their

named members directly through the portal, replacing the current process handled via Form 3.

For members who rent or have guests stay without a member present:

The Rental Tab on the portal is currently disabled but will be activated on February 1, 2025. Effective

February 1, 2025, Cheddar Up will be permanently discontinued, and all rentals and guests where a

member is not present must be registered through the portal.

If you rent through an agency, please ensure your property manager has responded to the email from Snowline to gain access to the property manager section of the portal.

Ultimately, it is the responsibility of members to ensure their rentals and guests are correctly registered. Compliance is mandatory, and failure to do so will result in fines. With nearly a month to register and familiarize yourself with the portal, there is ample time to comply.
