Vendor gate access agreemenT
RULES & conduct
When you purchase a gate/fob from Snowline Community Club (SCC), you agree to follow and abide by the following:
Rules
● Only one vehicle will enter through the gate at a time. Double entries will result in a $200 fine.
● If the gate is broken, you must immediately report it to the SCC office or on-duty staff. Gate breaks will result in fines ranging from $200 to $600.
● The speed limit for all SCC roads is 15 MPH. Speeding will result in a $200 fine.
● No parking or storing of any vehicle or equipment on the road edge at any time. Parking on road edges will result in a $200 fine.
● Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations will result in a $200 fine.
● No outside burning of any kind. Fires will result in a $200 fine.
● Compactor is for household garbage only. Any other items thrown in the compactor will result in a $200 fine.
● Dogs must be on a leash and under owner's control at all times. Fine for off leash dog is $200.
● SCC reserves the right to issue additional fines other than those listed above at their discretion.
Conduct
● Your business and all employees will adhere to instruction given by SCC staff and will treat them in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
● Contractors will ensure that SCC owners have obtained all approval necessary from the SCC Architectural Committee before starting any construction project. This approval must be obtained by the SCC owner. SCC setbacks (from property line): Front-20’, Side and Back-8’.
● No trees can be removed without prior approval. The SCC owner must receive approval by the SLCC Architectural Committee prior to work.
● Contractors agree to pay all fines issued within 30 days of date issued. All unpaid fines will result in all business gate cards/fobs being deactivated. To reactivate your cards/fobs, the fine must be paid in full along with a $10 reactivation fee for each card.
● Vendors are prohibited from using the pool, clubhouse, courts, playground, and pond at any time.
● Vendors agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in the SCC governing documents.
● Vendors are granted gate access at the sole discretion of SCC.
● Vendors who give gate card/fobs to any person other than a direct employee will have gate access suspended.
● Onsite vendors must provide name of business to SCC staff at any time, if asked. Refusal will result in gate access suspension.
● SCC reserves the right to revoke gate access and trespass any vendor or employees that fail to comply with SCC rules, Whatcom County or Washington State Law. Permission to enter SCC is not a right and can be suspended at any time by SCC staff or Board of Directors.
● SCC reserves the right to change any part of this Vendor Gate Access Agreement: Rules and Conduct at any time. Changes will be emailed to vendors and will be in effect immediately.
