"Open-Use" Days Information

By majority, the Board of Directors has approved a trial policy to allow non-member access to the community amenities (pool, clubhouse and courts) on Mondays through Thursdays, excluding holidays. These designated days will be considered “open-use” days and will take effect on June 16, 2025.

Lot owners can purchase open-use keys after June 6th for $35.00 by contacting the Resident Manager at manager@snowlinecc.com or 360-599-2929. Limit one key per lot.

Member & Guests Accompanied by Members Access:

  • Members and guests accompanied by members may continue to use their regular member facility keys and wristbands on all days, with a maximum of 6 people per lot.

Registered Renters and Unaccompanied Non-Paying Guests:

  • Registered renters and guests not accompanied by a member will require an open-use key to access facilities during open-use days, with a maximum of 6 people per lot.

  • Member facility keys and wristbands are NOT to be used by renters or unaccompanied guests.

  • Open-use keys will only be sold to legal lot owners. Renters, management companies and guests cannot purchase or pick up  open-use keys.

  • Owners must leave their open-use key on the premises (in their cabin) to ensure it is available for use by registered renters or unaccompanied guests. No renters or guests shall be given an open-use key off-site. Keys must remain on Snowline property and be left inside the cabin when not in use.

  • Keys may not be given to property managers or management companies for distribution to renters.

  • Owners must leave their open-use key in their home for renters or unaccompanied guests to use.

  • Owners are responsible for providing renters and unaccompanied guests with a copy of the Rules & Regulations, including Forms #004, #005, and #006.

Important Reminders:

Any misuse of this policy will result in fines. Examples of violations include, but are not limited to:

  • Unaccompanied guests or renters using member facility keys and wristbands on any day.

  • Unaccompanied guests or renters using the facilities Friday – Sunday or holidays without a member present.

  • Unaccompanied guests or renters using an open-use key from a property where they are not registered.

  • An owner gives their open-use key to a property management company, which then distributes it to renters.

  • Unaccompanied guests or renters using an open-use key from a property manager.

  • Unregistered renters and unaccompanied non-paying guests using an open-use key.

Owners are fully responsible for the actions of any renters or unaccompanied, non-paying guests who use their "open-use" key. They are therefore responsible for paying any fines associated with misuse.

The facilities may be closed anytime due to inclement weather, breakdowns, or renovations. It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure their guests or renters are informed of these closures. Closures will be posted on the Snowline website; we encourage owners to check the website frequently for updates.

We welcome your feedback on this trial arrangement. The Board reserves the right to make necessary adjustments based on community input.

Thank you for helping us maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents.

Sincerely,
Snowline Board of Directors
