"Open-Use" Days terms & conditions

  • Registered renters and unaccompanied non-paying guests, as identified and submitted in advance (completion of Form #002 on the portal) by the lot owner, will be granted access to the community amenities (pool, clubhouse and courts) on Mondays through Thursdays, excluding holidays. These designated days will be considered “open-use” days and will take effect on June 16, 2025.

  • Registered renters and guests not accompanied by a member will require an open-use key to access community amenities during open-use days.

  • A maximum of 6 individuals, per lot, may access amenities and be present at any one time under the open-use key.

  • Member facility keys and wristbands are NOT to be used by renters or unaccompanied guests.

  • Open-use keys will only be sold to legal lot owners. Renters, management companies and unaccompanied guests cannot purchase or pick up open-use keys.

  • Owners must leave their open-use key on the premises (in their cabin) to ensure it is available for use by renters or unaccompanied guests. Keys may not be given to property managers or management companies. No renters or guests shall be given an open-use key off-site. Keys must remain on Snowline property and be left inside the cabin when not in use.

  • Keys may not be given to property managers or management companies for distribution to renters.

  • Owners are responsible for providing renters and unaccompanied guests with a copy of the Rules & Regulations, including Forms #004, #005, and #006. This information is available on the Snowline website.​​

  • Any misuse of this policy will result in fines.,

    • Unaccompanied guests or renters using member facility keys and wristbands on any day.

    • Unaccompanied guests or renters using the facilities Friday – Sunday or holidays.

    • Unaccompanied guests or renters using an open-use key given to them by a property manager.

    • Unaccompanied guests or renters using an open-use key from a property where they are not registered.

    • An owner giving their open-use key to a property management company, which then distributes it to renters.

    • Unregistered renters and unaccompanied non-paying guests using an open-use key.

  • Owners are fully responsible for the actions of any renters or unaccompanied, non-paying guests who use their "open-use" key. Responsibility applies regardless of whether the owner was aware of the violation, and therefore, the owner is responsible for paying any fines associated with misuse.

 

  • The facilities (amenities) may be closed anytime due to inclement weather, breakdowns, or renovations. Owners are expected to monitor facility status and communicate closures to renters or guests promptly. Closure information will be posted on the Snowline website.
