New Snowline office hours
Dear Snowline Members,
Effective January 15th, 2024, Snowline has designated weekly office hours for the Resident Manager, Chuck Soles. The winter office hours are:
Friday: 9am- 12pm
Saturday: 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Sunday: 2:30 pm – 5:30 pm
Please utilize these office hours for all club business that cannot be resolved via email. While Snowline has two full-time staff, due to coverage schedules, most days typically have only one staff member available. Please refrain from asking Snowline staff to take care of non-emergency club business while they are out on the grounds working. Snowline has a small, efficient workforce which helps keeps the budget and dues to a manageable level. To help maintain this efficiency, we ask Snowline members to utilizing these designated office hours. If these hours do not work for your schedule, please email manager@snowlinecc.com or call 360-599-2929 to set up an appointment.
Please note that during major snowfalls or security incidents, office hours may need to be adjusted. In these rare situations, a return time will be posted on the office door.
We trust this new plan will be helpful to members.
Additionally, Snowline is now able to accept payments with the Square electronic payment system. If you would like to purchase an additional gate card, an invoice can be emailed to you and your access card will be placed in a secure lock box at the office available for pick up at your convenience. Square can also be used to pay fines or purchase Snowline merchandise (hats $20).
