Just an unofficial PSA (I am not on the Board):
Remember to send in your 2 voting ballots (per lot), to be received by the Sept 29 deadline.
This is a real vote with a real deadline with immediate implementation.
It's Snowline's first Special General Meeting (that I can remember), and voting is being held remotely. So it's been a little confusing for all.
Keep in mind that Bylaws can be updated with 51% approval from the owners who vote. If there are only 60 owners who bother voting, and 31 of them vote YES, the vote passes.
To vote you need to fill out both ballot pages. I was told by the Board that there is no separate Written Consent Form or Ballot, as stated on the instructions. There are only 2 forms to email, one with your vote re Covenants, and a different one with your vote re Bylaws.
It's not an automatic reply. It is handled by Board volunteers.
