Gate FOB/Card Replacement JOT Form Email
Just received an email notification from Jotform stating that I had 1 card and 1 fob registered. I know for a fact that I registered 2 cards and 2 fobs. Has anyone else received this notification? What is the best way to confirm our cards/fobs have been registered?

I replied to you privately via email. As the Member Communications Chair, I receive a confirmation email with a copy of each completed form. Your form shows only 1 card and 1 fob were registered (a copy of your form was included in my email reply). Since we began using this Registration Form, there have not been any incorrect forms. If you have any further questions, please email me at secretary@snowlinecc.com.
