Hello! In Todd's update on the Facebook group and the latest update on the web site, it says "They are ready to schedule modem installs for any house that has the fiber run from the road edge boxes to the house." For houses that DON'T have the fiber run from the road edge to the house (I think (AFAICT) mine is one of those), is there a way to request that trenching to happen?

Just log in to your Ziply account online. You will see a prompt letting you know you can sign up. Easiest to schedule online. My appointment is scheduled for next Tuesday. Driving up from Seattle and will "work" from home at the cabin with that sweet sweet high speed internet next week.
