The Board of Directors recently voted to revise form #008.
We specifically added building fines associated to the 12 month exterior finish rule (Covenants Article C #5).
This fine was previously part of the "Other violations of Article C of the Declaration", and allowed the Board the discretion to issue up to $14,000 in fines per year for unfinished projects.
We felt this was a bit extreme and lowered the fine amount. we also defined a fine schedule for this violation.
