AGM: Saturday, October 18, 2025

​For clarity, there will be an in-person AGM as always. Below is the schedule:

10:00 AM - FireWise Presentation

11:00 AM - Budget Review

12:00 PM - Annual General Meeting (AGM)

2:00-4:00 PM - Happy Hour

As stated in previous communications, all voting will take place online during a 48-hour window between Sunday, October 19, 2025 @ 9:00 AM - Tuesday, October 21, 2025 @ 9:00 AM

It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address listed as the primary address in the portal is the one to which you want your ballot sent. If the primary email address in the portal is NOT the one you want used, it is your responsibility to change it here. The deadline for changing your primary email address is Thursday, September 16th @ midnight.
