Gate card/fob audit
Dear Snowline Owners,
Starting January 15th, 2024 Snowline will be conducting an audit on all gate cards/fobs to ensure the safety and security of the community. We intend to account for every gate card/fob that has been issued to each lot. This audit requires each lot to complete the gate access audit form available in the member section of the snowline website Snowline Gate Card Audit.
To access this form you must be a registered member and logged into the Snowline CC website. Each lot will need to account for all gate cards/fobs, including those given out to family members, friends, contractors, cleaners, management companies, etc.
This audit will take place over the next 6 months and on July 15, 2024 all cards not registered through the gate access form will be disabled for security reasons. Owners may purchase replacement gate cards ($15) and fobs ($22) from the Snowline Manager.
To submit the form, fill in your name, lot number, email and phone number, as well as the unique 6 or 7 digit access ID that is located on each gate card/fob. Additionally feel free to include an optional comment to assist you in identifying the card. Eg. "Spare card located in cabin".
If for some reason this number is not legible or removed from your card/fob, please contact the Snowline Manager, Chuck Soles (manager@snowlinecc.com), to have the card replaced prior to completing the audit form. This audit will be fully conducted using the online form; please refrain from reaching out to the manager to provide your gate/fob numbers for this audit. Gather all gate card/fobs before submitting your form so you can submit all with one form and avoid any confusion with duplicate entries.
This would also be a good time to write down the numbers of all cards associated with your lot for your personal records in case one is lost or stolen. This will simplify the process in replacing the missing card in the future.
