2025 AGM Voting and Potential Disenfranchisement of Ownership
The AGM just closed and it was stated that there would be no online voting for board members as there were less than 9 nominees, but also motions were voted in the room rather than online. The AGM package sent out specifically stated voting would be online. There was no opportunity to collect proxies this year because of online voting. People who might have normally provided their vote via proxy are now disenfranchised because there is no online vote. I would suggest adding any motions that were made and voted on during the AGM and follow through with the voting online as promised in the AGM package. It likely won't change any results, but it would follow what was promised to the ownership in the AGM package.

Ken, Geoff, in case you missed it, I encourage you and anyone with questions to review their AGM packet. In particular the 1st page, where RCW 64.90.525 is referenced. Compliance with Washington State Law needs to be ensured.
