Revised Rules & Regulations
Hi Fellow Snowline members,
The Snowline Board of Directors have revised the wording of certain Rules and Regulations to improve clarity and ensure consistency. These revisions do not alter the intent of the original rules but refine their language for better understanding. All changes have been highlighted, with removed text struck through for transparency. The updated Rules and Regulations were formally adopted by the Snowline Board of Directors on February 17, 2025, and supersede all previous versions.
The updated Rules and Regulations, with revisions, are attached and the approved version is available on the Snowline website under the MEMBERS tab in the Association Governing Documents drop-down menu.

Again, bring it to a motion at the AGM. Nothing is going to get resolved from a discussion of 2 members on the forum.
We have Rules & Forms that have been in place for many years and they will stay in place now until we can hear from a greater majority of the membership, if they chose.
Personally, as a member I may not like keeping my dogs on a leash or doing the speed limit, so should we eliminate those as well?
*edited to add the following*
I don't think you are understanding that Forms ARE Rules. The 2 had contradictory language the was cleaned up to have the same intent. The board has the authority to adopt & change rules without a member vote, and the process you describe is not part of the governing documents. I appreciate your opinion, but it is inaccurate in respect to the current rules and the process for how rules are amended.
I think this discussion and the amount communication we have had with the membership, since October, is a large improvement over how things were done previously, and we will continue to build off that, but we are not going to use the opinion or recommendation of a few members in a forum discussion to halt clarifying the current rules. Again, bring a motion to the floor of the AGM if you are so passionate to change how this rule is applied.
