Snowline Listening Sessions
Hello Snowline Community Club Member,
Libby Snead here, Snowline Owner since 2017. I love this Community and want to be a part of finding solutions to the challenges facing our community, specifically where our limited communal resources are maxed out, particularly the pool on hot summer weekends. So much so that some Members do not feel that they can fully enjoy them.
With this in mind, I reached out to the Board to see if I could run a series of listening sessions, where other Owners can bring their ideas/solutions they have for solving this problem. All ideas to tackle this situation are welcome. The Board has graciously accepted my help and so here we are.
What this is:
These are listening and note-taking sessions. We cannot and do not promise that any of these solutions will be implemented. However all ideas will be passed on to the Board of Directors.
Notes from these sessions will be posted on the Community forum.
We are a non-profit, residential community and our solutions will need to factor that in.
Libby Snead is "hosting" these sessions. While I am a Owner and Member of the Snowline Community, I am not on the Board of Directors. I am volunteering my time as because I am passionate about our community and want to discover a path forward that can benefit all the folks in our amazing community.
Meeting Agenda & Rules:
If you attend, please respect the rules of engagement:
We are here to discuss solutions and ideas for tackling the problem at hand (covered above).
As Libby is not on the Board she does not have the authority to answer any questions related to the AGM or the rule change itself.
Please be courteous -- raise your hand and wait for your chance to talk.
The goal here is not to debate the various ideas but rather to gather all ideas and solutions.
We are planning 90 min to 2 hours per session. In order to respect Libby's donated time, we will stick to the cut off time for each session. If you do not have the chance to share your idea during the session, you can follow up in a subsequent session. You can also use the digital form (below) to provide your ideas!
These meetings are open to Snowline Owners Only; Sign In Required.
